Dr Duan is brilliant - an outstanding professional, a true specialist in her field. She is knowledgeable, incredibly skilled, passionate about her work and very caring about her patients. She is able to handle complex cases with full confidence, making a patient feel reassured and with clarity about about their treatment. Dr Duan is able to explain very complex concepts in a clear and fun way. She speaks with respect to adults and children alike. Amazing and friendly staff. They really care in how you feel and listen to what your concerns and goals are. Very flexible in your needs with easy and fast communication as well. I would recommend anyone who is wanting orthodontic treatment to come to Duan Orthodontics if you want great results and to feel at home in a judgement free zone. Loved my results and experience here!

My daughter needed braces and we checked out a few places but this one felt right. The staff was friendly and the office was really clean, which matters to me. The orthodontist took time to explain everything and made sure my kid felt comfortable. They worked out a payment plan that wasn’t too crazy. We’ve been going for a few months now and already seeing a difference in her smile. Appointments are usually on time and they text reminders which helps a lot. My daughter actually doesn’t mind going which is wild. I’d tell any parent to come here if they need braces for their kid.

I had a stellar experience at Duan orthodontics. I never had orthodontics as a kid, so getting invisalign as an adult I had a lot of questions and the team was very patient with me. They were communicative and use texts which makes things so easy. I'm a big baby about getting dental work done and they were very gentle. I'm moving out of state and they've given me clear and detailed instructions for next steps so we can coordinate to wrap up my treatment and make sure I have everything I need. I feel great about how my teeth turned out and would definitely recommend them!

We’ve been seeing Dr Duan for more than two years and very happy about it. Dr. Duan is amazingly skilled, knowledgeable and very good at working with teenagers. My daughter has exposed teeth so not straight forward. The doctor always answered my daughter’s questions with patience, addressed her concerns and explained the details and options. Her staff is also amazing. There seems never ending questions and forms from our insurance. William has been on top of it and effectively driving the process. It’s a great orthodontist office to work with as as they think the best interest of the patient.
